That means Aliens of the other worldly type, Freaks of science, Freaks of nature, Demons, Angels, Shapeshifters, the magically gifted, Talking animals, Etc. All of those reside in the small town of Butterrock, a cozy little place that is almost destroyed by space invaders every other Sunday.
